Sea to Sky Regional Heritage Fair 6-8pm at Lynn Valley Library and Village. Local students will be displaying Canadian History projects. Enjoy Celtic and Persian song and dance, as well as heritage activities including toy making and gold panning.
May 12 Spartan Race at Inter River Park, North Vancouver
The challenging 5k sprint trail races are a great way to get off your couch and start living.
May 26 Lynn Valley Day -100th Anniversary Celebration - 10am parade starts Mollie Nye & Lynn Valley Road. Ends at Lynn Valley Park. Fun for the whole family at Lynn Valley Park. Enjoy the parade, cotton candy, popcorn treats, live music, dancing, food, karaokee, midway rides, contests, community sponsors and more, including a Car Show!
May 27 Maplewood Farm Sheep Shearing Festival 10am to 4pm. Pay as you go pony rides will be available along with crafts, face painting, duck herding and more! Regular admission rates apply.

June 8-10 MEC Bikefest  at Inter River Park, North Vancouver. A community celebration of all things bicycle related. This free weekend event will feature bike maintenance courses, kids races and pump track, bicycle demos and more.
June 11 Wade's Excellent Adventure on Fromme Mountain. Regisration 10am, race at 10:30am. Assemble your best crew of riders and we will see you there.
June 16 Red Bull Divide & Conquer Race 10am to 6pm. A a multi-discipline endurance race that will include mountain running, mountain biking and whitewater kayaking. Teams of 3 - no solo entries
June 22 Sophia Rei Free Jazz Festival Concert 7:30pm West Vancouver Memorial Library. Latin rhythms with jazz harmonies, electronic sounds and rich improvisations.
June 23 The New Orleans Ale Stars Free Jazz Festival Concert 1pm Civic Plaza (14th & Lonsdale Ave) in North Vancouver. This band is known for its fun take on classic tunes.
June 24 Andrew Collins Trio Free Jazz Festival Concert 1pm Jack Loucks Court @ John Braithewaite Community Centre in North Vancouver. Musical style: bluegrass, jazz, and swing,

July 28 Caribbean Days Parade 10am. The streets of North Vancouver come alive with the sights and sounds of Carnival during our Multicultural Street Parade. Parade begins at Victoria Park (Keith Road & Lonsdale Avenue in North Vancouver. Lasts for about 1.5 hours.
July 28 & 29 Caribbean Days Festival at Waterfront Park, North Vancouver. A weekend of tropical rhythm, cuisine, carnival and culture as only the Caribbean can offer.
