Canyon Lights at Capilano Suspension Bridge
December 2, 2011 to January 1, 2012
Capilano Suspension Bridge's annual holiday tradition Canyon Lights always adds sparkle to the holiday season. There will be hundreds of thousands of lights twinkling throughout the park, across the Suspension Bridge and in the Treetops Adventure.
Canyon Lights has an added thrill this year, with Cliffwalk the latest addition to the Capilano Suspension Bridge Park. Cliffwalk is a narrow 700-foot cliff-side walkway with viewing platforms that will take guests past a dancing light display along the colour-washed cliff-face. These popular annual traditions continue this year: gingerbread cookie decorating, sing-along carols with the Christmas band, and glass ornament demonstrations with Malcolm Macfadyen.
