Free Walking Tours of the North Vancouver Waterfront
Wednesday to Sundays 1:30 & 3pm - July 2 to August 29th
Join the North Vancouver Museum and Archives' costumed Shipyard Gals on a lively tour of the North Vancouver waterfront and learn about North Vancouver's wartime history. "Victory" ships, colourful characters, and tales of local lore and luck combine to take you back in time.
Free public tours depart from PGE Railway Station at the foot of Lonsdale Avenue daily from Wednesday to Sunday at 1:30 pm and 3:00 pm until August 29th. No pre-registration is required.

- Groups and individuals with special needs or mobility limitations are welcome
- Tours are approximately 45 minutes in length

Explore the sights and sounds of Lower Lonsdale, and watch the past and future come alive together! And there's more to see at the PGE Railway Station! Featured this summer is the new exhibit, Lower Lonsdale: characters, costumes and stories, a collection telling the story of North Vancouver's bustling neighbourhood through photographs, artefacts, and historic clothing assembled by fashion historian Ivan Sayers.
