Delight your senses at the Savour Fall Flavours event at the Lonsdale Quay Market in North Vancouver on October 22, 2016. Free activities Cooking decorating for kids, cooking demonstrations and a wine and cheese seminar. Explore the array of fine foods at the Market and meet the experts who prepare them.

For the Kids 11-11:30

Children are invited to join in a hands-on workshop hosted by Muffin Delight. Each child will be given a cookie to decorate and take home. This 30 minute Cookie Decorating Workshop takes place from 11:00 AM – 11:30 am. Register here

Culinary Showcase 12-12:30

Enjoy a Culinary Showcase hosted by Sharky’s Chophouse. The demonstration guides the audience through the step-by-step process to prepare a gourmet comfort food inspired meal. Sharky’s Chophouse will be walking you through cooking panko crusted pork loin topped with arugula pesto cream sauce. As well as slow braised red cabbage with bacon & apples, home made pickled golden beets and garlic roasted potatoes. Not only will you learn how to prepare the dishes, you will also have an opportunity to try them! Register here

Educational Wine & Cheese Seminar 1pm

Get schooled with an Educational Seminar with Artisan Wine Shop. Sommeliers will lead visitors through a Wine and Cheese pairing seminar, , featuring locally grown grapes and high-quality BC VQA wines, as well as local fresh cheese from Vancouver Island. Seminar begins at 1:00 PM. Register here
