Stop by Shipbuilders’ Square for the Shipyards Friday Night Market, where you will find fresh food, locally made products, musicians, art and entertainment and a beer garden every Friday night through the summer. The festivities in the Square kick off at 5 pm with live music until 10 pm, showcasing talent from all over BC.
The Shipyards Night Market located in the Shipbuilders’ Square has grown to be a very successful and busy event. You will find 120+ vendors selling fresh food and locally made products. The Night Market also includes a beer garden serving local craft beer, wine, cider as well as vodka sodas. You must be 19+ to enter the beer garden.
Don’t eat dinner before you come to the Night Market, as there are usually 20+ food trucks & 20+ food vendors in ‘hot food alley’ selling unique and delicious food. For your sweet tooth, there are Pocket pies, Kettlecorn, Gelato, Ice Cream, Cannoli, Crepes, Slavic rolls, Cotton Candy and many tents filled with baked goods and sweets.
The Shipyards are located just east of the Seabus and the Lonsdale Quay at the foot of Lonsdale Avenue in North Vancouver.
