There are oodles of fun family-friendly events happening across Vancouver’s North Shore this Easter long weekend! Hop on over for these ten fun events happening this weekend!
Drop in to the Polygon Gallery to explore the artworks and engage with activities that will help inspire a greater understanding of the landscape and communities of the North Shore. Each free workshop taking place March 27-30 will relate to at least one work in the exhibition N. Vancouver and encourage creative play by experimenting with various materials.
Crack the Easter bunny’s riddles at Park Royal this weekend and you could be walking away with prizes from H&M, Wholefoods, Toy Jungle, David’s Tea, and so much more!

For half a century, the Easter weekend has marked the date of one of the largest events for Pacific Northwest sailing – The Southern Straits Classic Race. Watch the race in family friendly festival-type atmosphere that offers those on the shore the opportunity to view the competitors up close while enjoying live music and a pancake breakfast.

Kids aged two to nine are invited to hop on over to Heywood Park for some Easter fun. Enjoy face painting, crafts, a bouncy castle and entertainment! And don’t forget your Easter basket for the chocolate egg hunt. The hunt begins at 10:30am sharp.
