What an incredible experience visiting the Canada Place Cruise Ship Terminal. The Port of Vancouver & the Ceres Terminals Canada Management Team gave us an incredible tour, shared stats, and demonstrated that they truly care about the “guest experience” pre/post cruise travel. What a wonderful surprise to see our Vancouver’s North Shore Brand Video playing in the arrivals terminal!

Participation in the Ceres Terminals Canada “While You Wait” website has allowed our Vancouver’s North Shore Cruise Passenger Welcome Program supporting over 75 businesses/attractions greater exposure. Highlighting our North Shore partners through the Cruise Welcome Program and giving passengers an opportunity to experience Vancouver’s North Shore is a win/win!
