Vancouver’s North Shore Craft Beer Week 2024

It’s almost that most wonderful time of the year again—when Vancouver’s North Shore Craft Beer Week takes over the Shipyards Brewing District and beyond from November 1st – 15th! Come Play like a Local for two weeks of one-of-a-kind parties and special events celebrating all things craft beer (plus cider and spirits!). 

Here’s what’s on tap at North Shore breweries over the first two weeks of November:

Nov 1st – Black Kettle Brewing Co.

Kick it all off at the Official Vancouver’s North Shore x Craft Beer Week Collab Brew Launch Party. Get the first taste of this exciting new beer and dance the night away to a live DJ.

Nov 2nd – Shaketown Brewing

Transport yourself to Bourbon St, New Orlean at Shaketown’s Big Easy Bash. Enjoy a live Jazz swing band and DJ, delight in the release of a favourite seasonal beer, The Big Easy Nitro Stout, and taste some new, creole inspired menu items from The Gull Bar and Kitchen.

Nov 3rd – Woods Spirit Co.

$25 gets you into this exclusive event which will see the official unveiling of the Crema Nocciola hazelnut liqueur, plus a cocktail and desserts. 

Nov 4th – Bridge Brewing Co. 

Try a Limited Release Beer Cask and try your hand at “Learn to Play Blackjack Night.” (Not real blackjack, of course (no gambling here) but there will be some prizes for winners!)

Nov 5th – House of Funk Brewing Co.

Take a Risk, get a Life, find a Clue and other Trivial Pursuits at Board Games Night!

Nov 6th – Beva Brewing and Blending

Come thirsty—and hungry— to a very special Kitchen Pop-Up with Special Guest that will complement Beva’s already delectable tasting room menu.

Nov 7th – Wildeye Brewing

Breakout your hammer pants and your scrunchies and get down with yo bad selves at the ultimate 90’s Party.

Nov 8th – Windfall Cider & Co.

Gather your smartest friends and come get quizzed at Trivia Night.

Nov 9th – Beere Brewing Co. 

Get a little jump on the season at a party with a Holiday Vibes Theme, plus special snacks and drinks, $2 off beers, and music.

Nov 10th – Braggot Brewing

How do you celebrate Viking Day? At Braggot Brewing, the celebration includes keg lifting, keg carrying, axe throwing, and stein holding—and some viking-worthy snacks in-between.

Nov 11th – Copperpenny Distilling Co. 

On Remembrance Day, there’ll be specials for veterans (with uniform or ID) plus a Copperpenny open-house with tours available from 3pm to 5pm. 

Nov 12th – North Point Brewing Co.

Be there for a brand new beer release, plus drinks & food specials on a menu in partnership with Las Margaritas.

Nov 13th – La Cerveceria Astilleros

Get jiggy with it at a DJ Night that will also include some new beer releases.

Nov 14th – Strathcona North

Help welcome the newest addition to the North Shore Brewing family at Strathcona North! The night will feature Happy Hour pricing on Beers, exclusive Strathcona beers on tap, and DJ Vinyl Ritchie on the decks!

The Wrap-Up Party on November 15th will be at the beautiful Pipe Shop in the Shipyards, get your tickets now before they’re gone! Get ready for one heck of an evening featuring chill tunes, delicious bites from some favorite food trucks, and a whole lot of fantastic brews flowing freely. It’ll be the perfect way to cap off the festivities and toast the good times. Already have a feeling you’re not going to want the night to end? Keep good times going at the After Party at Strathcona North.
